Job Summary

• Manage all operational issues related to Leasing and Secured Loan products.

Job Description

• Promote salles initiatives and salles campaigns,
• Manage the stockholders (suppliers and third parties);
• Support Management on Manage performance and rentability of the products in line with STP;
• Support Management on conduct Marketing research to ensure alignment in terms of parameters and risk appetite of the products,
• Ensure alignment and coordinate proposals in line with the customer needs and work close with Salles teams to unlock business Opportunities,
• Manage all operational issues related to Leasing (VAF & CAF) including correct TAT is meet.
• Ensure green controls and conduct product annual reviews.
• Conduct trainings and refresh sessions to salles Team in order to provide them with necessary tools to unlock business opportunities,
• Maintain high professional standards and strive to provide quality services.
