Further develop graduate knowledge, skills and experience through structured development Programmes and on-the-job training. The EIT will work on Sasol’s Mozambique, and South African Gas, and Petrochemical assets.

Key Accountabilities:
- To learn how to translate theoretical knowledge into practical solutions that will add business value to Sasol;
- To gain exposure to a wide range of industry techniques.
- Learn applicable Sasol processes;
- Develop awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental issues;
- Develop the ability to analyze, interpret and document results;
- Gain exposure to and learn technical and operational standards;
- Develop skills so that, at the end of the program, individuals are positioned to apply for a permanent position in Geoscience, SubSurface Engineering, Well Delivery, Surface Engineering, Facilities Engineering or other full-time Sasol vacancies.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in the following disciplines:
- Geology, Petroleum Geology, Geophysics, Reservoir Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, and Civil Engineering;
- Fluent in Portuguese with a good level of communication in English (spoken and written);
- Mozambican citizenship.
Competencies
Execution capability: The underlying ability to execute a strategy/project or day to day work.
Problem Solving: Step-by-step process of defining a problem, searching for information, and testing a series of solutions until the problem is solved. It involves critical thinking, analysis and persistence.
Self-Mastery: Takes accountability for driving own growth through developing self-awareness, reflecting, seeking feedback and self-correcting.
