Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Successful implementation and compliance of CCBA Procurement contracts at country level.
- Accurate master data management and system housekeeping.
- Delivery of country-specific sourcing events and achievement of savings targets.
- Strong stakeholder and supplier relationships that drive performance and cost optimization.
- Execution of yearly procurement action plan and continuous process improvement.
- Completion of system training programs for all relevant employees.
- Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications:
Minimum: National Diploma in Finance, Procurement, Logistics, or equivalent.
Advantage: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field; CIPS certification.
Experience:
- 5 years in procurement or supply chain, with at least 3 years in tactical and operational purchasing (FMCG preferred).
- Strong knowledge of master data management and procurement lifecycle.
