POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Ensure that the company’s vehicle fleet is always in optimal aesthetic condition, maintaining an impeccable and professional appearance.

DETAILs OF POSITION:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Surface Preparation Assistance:

• Assist in preparing vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding and cleaning non-painted areas
• Paint Mixing Assistance: Help prepare and mix automotive paints, following manufacturer specifications and the Auto Painter’s guidelines.
• Painting Assistance: Assist the Auto Painter in applying automotive paints to vehicle surfaces, ensuring a uniform and smooth coating.
• Work Area Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and organized, and assist in the cleaning and maintenance of Auto Painter equipment.
• General Support: Provide general support to the Auto Painter as needed, incuding tranenarting materials, preparing work areas, or other related tasks
• Safety: Follow all safety regulations when handling chemicals, equipment, and painting tools, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others
• Perform other related activities as directed by the supervisor.

• Solid knowledge of surface preparation techniques, paint mixing, and application of finishing products.
• Attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Technical course in automotive painting.
• Two to five years of experience as an Auto Painter.
