- Maintain the internal database organized and accurate
- Revise HR master documents
- Revise company policies
- Workforce planning
- Recruit, hire, develop and retain employees
- Develop and Implement new employee orientation programs
- Develop and implement leadership training, personal and professional development and managerial training programs
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of Mozambican Labor Laws
- Proven work experience in HR
- Experience with HR softwares
- Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
