Vaga Para Supervisor de Operações

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Coordinate and supervise all activities related to the loading and unloading of Fuel and General Cargo at port facilities and terminals.

DETAILs OF POSITION:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities in the operation.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety policies during all operations.
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency.
• Lead and guide the team to ensure the achievement of operational and safety goals.
• Intervene and suggest improvements related to operational procedures.
• Resolve conflicts and disciplinary issues as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all operational activities, including production reports, incidents, and compliance.
• Track progress against established goals and adjust action plans as needed to ensure objectives are met.
• Ensure the timely availability of equipment and resources necessary for operations.
• Perforrm other related activities as directed by the supervisor.

SKILLS:

• High sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Practical knowledge of software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, safety management systems).
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Technical or higher education in Mining Engineering, Petroleum
• Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geology, Port
• Management, Transport and Logistics Management, or other related fields.
