Responsibilities

• Maintain the internal database organized and accurate
• Revise HR master documents
• Revise company policies
• Workforce planning
• Recruit, hire, develop and retain employees
• Develop and Implement new employee orientation programs
• Develop and implement leadership training, personal and professional development and managerial training programs

Qualifications

• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of Mozambican Labor Laws
• Proven work experience in HR
• Experience with HR softwares
• Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
