Roles & Responsibilities

• Warehouse area
• Develop operational improvement projects
• Ensure the management of cost budgets and investment of your locality, as well as manage its execution;
• Optimize/increase the Modules of Warehouse Management ERP.
• Support the general activities of warehouses such as receiving, conference activities, storage, separation, transfer, expedition, inventories and material care;
• Respond for the information / monitoring of human resources of managing as the point hit activities, operational training, matrix control of Training, PPE control and uniform;
• Perform activities to ensure compliance with quality audits, environment and security;
• Responsible for the acquisition of office supplies, inputs of use of warehouses, PPE, and Uniforms;
• Track the area performance indicators ensuring the service of the levels of services contracted with the users. Issue routine documents in your area of acting, making information conference, typing data and documents, setting up charts, Figures, tables, etc.
• Service and contact with public (internal and external) for clarification and supply of information. Including calls;
• Develop their activities safely and maintain a preventionist posture according to with the procedures and standards of Sso, Environment and Quality;
• Conduct the services provided by contracted carriers and companies hired to provide services in the warehouses;
• Control, archive, type and maintain updated technical/administrative documents and documents inherent to warehouses activities;
• Make trips between warehouses for visits or meetings;
• Manage outsourcing contracts under your responsibility;

Inventory Management Area

• Support and control the inventory management and planning activities of Vale and FCA in its locality;
• Manage cost and investment budgets in its locality, upon monitoring of its executio;
• Optimize and reduce the value of our physical inventory in the locations of their responsibility by developing new inventory management models, defining ideal/minimum inventory levels (SLA´s with users area), for each of the essential items of activities from Vale;
• Provide the inventory organization of its responsibility by optimizing working capital by defining with purchasing areas the best form of inventory management (advanced stocks, consignments, etc.) Control the process of optimization of inventories, with the users (eg maintenance), in order to minimize immobilized capital, through the continuous search for inventory reduction and planning the needs of users in order not to compromise their operational performance;
• Ensure the service levels contracted with users, as well as manage the performance indicators of the area;
• Manage outsourcing contracts under your responsibility;
• Implement and centralize the company’s TTI processes;
• Maintain and update the parameters of the resurrection models;
• Analyze and criticize the possibility of standardization and rationalization of materials;
• Define minimum and maximum inventory levels of the successful materials, as well as the quantities to be replaced;
• Monitor stocks under the following aspects: ruptures, total stock, distribution of items by planning parameters, volume of inventory investment items, volume of return and volume of items without movement.

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Complete high school
• Experience 3 to 5 years
